Cannabutter Cookies
This is an easy to make and a fantastic recipe. This is like the much better version of butter cookies. The ingredients that you will need are first a cup and a half of sifted all-purpose flour, a cup of cannabis butter, half cup of cornstarch and half a cup of white sugar.
You have to preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix all of the listed ingredients above until they have blended well together. Roll a 2 inches sized piece of dough into a ball and put it on a cookie sheet that has been well greased. Flatten each dough ball using a fork and then bake it in the oven until it turns light brown.
Next, get it out of the oven and wait until it no longer very hot before you serve it. Or you can put them in a cookie jar and eat them whenever you may fancy.
Chocolate Cannabutter Cupcake
This is another fun recipe to make and eat with a little help from cannabutter. The ingredients that you are going to need are first ¾ cup of marijuana butter, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 eggs, ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, a teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, 1 and a half cup of milk and whatever frosting you want on top of your cupcake.
Leave the eggs and butter to stand at room temperature for about thirty minutes while you put paper bake cup on about 24 two and a half inch muffin cups. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa and salt together. Stir them well to make sure that they blend well. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a big mixing bowl, beat the cannabutter using an electric mixer at a medium to high speed for about thirty seconds. Gradually add sugar to the butter and beat for another two minutes or up until it looks fluffy enough for you. Add the eggs one by one and make sure to beat the mixture well after adding an egg then beat in the vanilla.
Alternately add the flour mixture you made earlier and the milk to the cannabutter mixture then beat it a low speed after each addition. After that, beat for another 20 seconds at a medium speed. Place the batter into the cups, fill the cups ½ to 2/3 full then bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the cupcake comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool in the muffin cups on the wire rack for about 5 minutes then remove the cupcakes from the muffin cups and let them cool completely on the wire racks. Frost the cupcakes all you like and enjoy.
I don’t like pastries because most of them turn out dry. Maybe you should push for more saucy or liquid dishes or drinks instead.
